Like you, we appreciate a well-fitted garment or accessory made with care and precision. This is why Alton Lane sets our standards so high to ensure you receive our very best. When we do not meet your expectations, we will make every effort to get it right by offering to remake or assist with altering your garment until it’s perfect. If we just can’t meet your expectations, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

We will gladly accept your return and offer a refund at the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of receipt when the Alton Lane garment is unworn, un-altered, and in its original condition with all original packaging. Contact our Customer Service Team for more information on processing a return. Some restrictions apply.

Custom garments are one-of-a-kind and are not eligible for return or refund. We can offer to remake your custom garment or assist you with the cost of alterations. Contact our Customer Service Team for more details. Alton Lane gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Founder’s Club membership is non-refundable once any membership perk has been applied or activated.

Remake Policy

While we cannot offer refunds for custom garments, we can offer to remake your custom garment to get it right. Remakes are subject to and limited by available fabric. If your original fabric is not available, we will gladly assist with selecting a comparable fabric. Contact our Customer Service Team for more details.

Alteration Policy

If you are satisfied with your custom garment, but it needs a slight tweak here or there, we are happy to assist with alterations. You can either take the garment to your favorite tailor or we can refer you to one. Contact our Customer Service Team within thirty (30) days of receipt if you would like us to assist in covering the reasonable cost of your custom garment alteration. Getting Started with a Return / Remake / Alteration:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team for a Return / Remake / Alteration authorization

2. If returning a product for remake, refund, or exchange, carefully package the product into a shipping carton and attach the provided return label to the outside of the carton.

3. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving and inspecting the original product.

4. If a remake is required, send the garment to us and we will get a remake started upon receiving and inspecting the original product.

5. If alteration, we will reimburse you for the reasonable authorized cost, once altered or tailored, and upon receipt of a picture of your paid receipt.

The fine print:

All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in the same as new condition as when delivered. All returns must be received by Alton Lane within thirty (30) days of the delivery date to customer. All custom garments to be altered or tailored must be unaltered in new condition and completed within sixty (60) days of delivery. The reasonable alteration costs for reimbursement cannot exceed the following amounts (USD): dress pants $35; casual pants $30; suits up to 20% not to exceed $175: sport coats up to 15% of the cost but not to exceed $150 (cost is less taxes and shipping). All amounts are subject to change, please consult with your customer care expert. Custom shirts will not be altered, please request a remake. Alton Lane is not responsible for third party alterations. Remakes are subject to and limited by available fabric. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
